Anti Bullying The 6th Friern Barnet Scout Group is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all our members, both young people and adults.Our Anti-Bullying and Harassment Policy states: ‘It’s the policy of Scouts to provide a positive environment, as we know that everyone thrives in safe and supportive surroundings. We’re committed to making sure that Scouts is enjoyable and safe for everyone involved.’ Everyone has a duty to report safeguarding concerns, and must follow the safeguarding Code of Conduct for Adults (Yellow Card).This applies to everyone within Scouts – all adults and young people.We recognise that bullying in any form is unacceptable and detrimental to the well-being of individuals and the Group as a whole.Our ambition is to develop a caring and supportive atmosphere, where bullying in any form is unacceptable.
